Pain pattern graphics (TMJ disorder patient) not appearing narrative report

What to do when the pain pattern graphic in TMJ disorder visits in DentalWriter does not generate into narrative reports/SOAP notes

From the menu bar of DentalWriter Desktop select Setup, Configuration Options:"

Select the Report Personalization tab,  check mark both TMD graphics options shown below:
