Getting Started with DentalWriter Software

For dental practices getting started with the DentalWriter software for implementing & streamlining medically necessary services, medical documentation & medical billing.

Your DentalWriter software is designed for dental practices who offer medically necessary services in the dental practice setting, such as oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea, TMJ disorder diagnosis & treatment services, and surgical services such as accidental injury, bone grafts, implants, frenectomy, tumor/lesion removal, etc.

This guide will walk you through getting your DentalWriter set up for success, and offer suggested training guides and videos for the whole team.

Step 1: Installation
You will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address (the e-mail address that was provided upon purchase of the software) with instructions to download & install the software. Should you require any assistance, our technical support team is happy to assist. You can schedule an appointment at your convenience by clicking here.
*Hosted Cloud Clients: skip this step. One of our knowledgeable team members will reach out to go for log in assistance once your hosted cloud DentalWriter is successfully set up.

Step 2: Set up provider, practice & billing details
This is an important step to ensure your DentalWriter has the information about your practice to successfully generate narrative reports (SOAP notes) and complete medical claims, for example.

 

Step 3: Training for the whole team
Our "getting started by role" videos are focused on the areas of interest for the front desk/admin team, the doctor & clinical team, and the medical biller.
