Recommendation for Training Meetings and Call Sharing Nierman Practice Managment

Summary: Provided are the recommended steps to start/share/schedule a meeting internally while making and sharing outbound calls outside of organization.

Schedule the Meeting in Outlook (Can scheduled immediately)

Lauch and select Outlook calendar from left navigation bar in Outlook

Double click to Open New Calendar event. This will activate view to add new calendar event.

Add Title (Name that means something pertaining to meeting event)

Invite attendees- Select Optional Button. This will activate view add team members. Invite required or optional.

Important: Toggle radio button to Teams Meeting

What the recipient See’s

 A notification banner alert is received to the recipient’s desktop (If made mandatory) will be required to make selection to join or opt out. 

 The organizers meeting specifics are shown when meeting is opened. From here, the recipient (Team member) select: Join the meeting now link to start/join the meeting.

Internal MSTeams Meeting has started, important now to begin actual Phone Call using Ring Central Telcom app (At current) to initiate a call outside of organization.

Begin Call to internal Team Members (Outbound then to contacts)

**IMPORTANT**
Mute Mic Button in Teams Meeting so that true audio can be dedicated to the call outside of organization with best of call quality.

Meeting organizer from above executes call to team member, each, and adds accordingly.

Select team members from Contacts list in Telecom Application (Ring Central) and Add call.

Next, begin adding internal team members, Select the Merge Button activated. This will tie first call to next, to next and so on. Repeat steps until all internal members have been added to call and meeting organizer is sharing desktop or another member from Teams meeting.

 Lastly, once all members confirmed added to call, now add external out of organization number and begin training processes.
