If when attempting to print a Claim Form and receive a message that states “Unhanded Exception has occurred in your application. No Printers are installed means that a default printer must be selected on machine, workstation or laptop you are using. This also applies to workstations connecting to office and running DentalWriter via a remote connection. Always insure that a default printer is selected (If working from home office) so that print capability can be processed. After selecting a Default Printer, claim forms can be printed out from Workstation or remote machine.
