There are a few options that can be added on to DentalWriter Plus+ for an additional fee.
1. Secure Fax Integration - $20/mo
Fax out of and receive incoming faxes right into DentalWriter Plus+. You can port over an existing fax number, or we can generate a new fax number. If you are want to port over an existing fax number, there is an additional one-time porting fee of $99 and a form you will need to fill out.
2. SMS Text Messaging - starting at $49/mo
If you are using the Appointment Book feature in DentalWriter Plus+ you can elect to add on the SMS messaging feature to send/receive text reminders to your patients for their upcoming appointments. The patients will get a text 1 week before their appointment reminding them that they have an upcoming appointment and can reply back to the text to confirm. The patient will then receive a text the day before their appointment to remind them.
We have 3 tiers to choose from depending on the volume messages being sent/received:
Tier 1: Standard - $49/mo
1000 Credits/mo
Additional texts $0.03
Tier 2: Pro - $79/mo
3000 Credits/mo
Additional texts $0.02
Tier 3: High Volume - $139/mo
Unlimited Credits/mo
3. Electronic Billing (Only needed for In-House Billing, office is billing themselves) - $350 one-time setup, $26/mo
If you are going to be doing the medical billing yourself you can elect to submit the claims electronically out of DentalWriter Plus+ using the clearinghouse, Apex (Therapy Brands). You pay Nierman Practice Management a one-time setup fee of $350 and then the $26 monthly fee is paid to Apex EDI (Therapy Brands).
4. Medicare DME Application Service (1 location) - $1295 (normally $1695)
If you want to become a DME Supplier with Medicare to bill Sleep Appliances we can help you with the application process. Medicare does charge an application fee of $730 as well.
