Adding logo to online questionnaire

This article will show you how to add your logo to the online questionnaire

Step 1. Access your online questionnaire setup button located under your admin tab on the lefthand side of DW+ 

Step 2. Once you are under online questionnaire setup, hit the "settings" tab as shown in the picture below.

Step 3. Scroll down where you will see the option to add your logo. Simply click "upload logo" to pull the image from your computer. 

Note: The file must be a .PNG or .JPG file

Step 4. Once you have added your logo, just hit that save button and you are all set! 

Your logo will now appear at the top of your questionnaires.
