Check Status of SFAX Submission and Transmissions

Provided are simple steps to acquire and view status of either SFAX Outbox or Inbox

There may be occasions when you need to check the status of sent or incoming faxes. The following steps will guide you in obtaining the latest updates on these transmissions.

From left side navigation select Secure Fax Console

This will open the Secure Fax Management Console. To receive an updated status of any one transmission, select Update for Last Week.  Anything previously queued or with a transmitting status will be updated here. This will also reflect when the last update took place.
