Create a Claim CMS 1500 form from the ledger in DentalWriter Plus+

Step by Step tutorial on how to create a claim from the ledger in DentalWriter Plus+

To begin, access the patient's profile and click on the Ledger tab (Shown below)

Next, find the three vertical dots on the right side of the page. Select 'Create CMS 1500 Claim' (shown below).

Next, choose the specific charge(s) for which you wish to generate a claim.

TIP: To select multiple charges simultaneously, click on the first charge, then hold down the Shift key while clicking on additional charges you wish to include. 

Click the green 'Select' button to continue. This action will display the generated claim form for your review. Be sure to click 'Save' in the upper right corner to finalize the creation of the form.
