      • Patient's photo in list view now you can quickly recognize patients at a glance-photos are visible right on the Patient list tab.
      • Faster access to Connected Contacts Need to send a report? You can now view and access a patient's connected contacts directly from the Patient Info Tab.
      • Smarter Medication Entry Entering medications just got easier!  Start typing at least three characters, and a helpful dropdown list of options will appear.
      • Compare Sleep Studies side-by-side When you select multiple sleep studies, they'll now print in unison on the SOAP report-giving you a clear, side-by-side view to spot trends and track patient progress over time

      Medicare DME – East Side Update
      Please be advised that the East Side Medicare DME region has implemented a new application process. Effective immediately, once an application is submitted, a site visit and fingerprinting will be initiated as the first steps in the enrollment process.
      While this jurisdiction historically experienced delays in processing, the hope is that these changes will help streamline approvals.  To ensure a smooth site visit, be sure to have all required documentation readily available.
