How to Add an Oral Appliance Name/Type to Your DW+ Treatment Plan

In this article we will show you how to add oral appliance devices in your treatment plan.

Open up a patient chart and create a new Sleep History, Exam & Workup visit.

Once the visit is open, navigate to the Examination and Plan tab.

Scroll down to Treatment Plan and Next Appointment.  Select the list icon.

Add the new device name and type.  You can also add additional appliances by selecting +New Item. Make sure to press Save. 

Your new appliance type will now be saved in the dropdown menu.  

Once the Device Name/Type is selected for that patient it will appear in the SOAP Note/Narrative Report.
