How to add patient notes to their profile in DentalWriter+

This article will show you how to add patient notes to their profile in DentalWriter+

Once in a patient’s chart on the right-hand side you will see an Add Note pin, click on the Add note:

A Sticky note appears where you can add your note. This note does stay pinned to the top of the chart:

If you select Patient Info tab:

Scroll down near the bottom of the page and you will see Miscellaneous Notes:

Lastly, if you go to Visits and New Visit:

Select Miscellaneous Note and click create:

Here you can date your Note and enter your note:

This note will be found under Visits:
