Step by Step Tutorial on how to add and set up your Provider(s) in DentalWriter Plus+
First Navigate to Admin (1) on the left-side pane. Then select Providers (2) -> + New Provider (3) to add your Provider(s) in DentalWriter Plus+.
After selecting + New Provider, fill out the General tab with provider information (First and Last Name, Individual NPI) in the General Provider Information Section (1).
In the Signature Section (2), add provider's signature as they want it to appear on the SOAP Report Letters.
Example : John Doe, DDS
In the Settings Section (3), select Primary or Secondary for the Provider Type. If they are the primary provider at your office, select primary. If they are a secondary provider at your office, select secondary.
Select Save on the right side of the screen.
Next, click on the Insurance Defaults tab from the right of General tab.
Note: This will only be on the primary providers set up. Secondary provider will not have to set insurance default information.

Select Save on the right side of the screen.
