How to change Questionnaire Notifications

Provided are steps to change completed online questionnaire notification e-mail address

From left side of navigation bar select and expand Admin then select Online Questionnaire Setup

Next, select any visit shown (each visit would need to be selected if to change e-mail address for all)

Once opened, select the settings tab.

Scroll down section E-mail notification and change, modify or add to here. Save once completed.
