Step by Step Tutorial on how to deactivate/re-activate a patient profile in DentalWriter Plus+
First Navigate to Patients on the left-side pane. Then select the patient's profile you are looking to deactivate.
After selecting the patient, click on the Patient Info tab
Click on the Active icon to inactivate patient account.
You have now successfully deactivated a patient's profile in DentalWriter Plus+.
To re-activate the patient's profile, click on the inactive icon
You have now successfully reactivated a patient's profile in DentalWriter Plus+.
