How to Deactivate/Reactivate Visits in DentalWriter+

In this article you will learn how to deactivate/reactivate visits in DentalWriter+

In a patient’s chart navigate to Visits and select the visit you would like to deactivate:

Next to the visit name, select the ellipsis (3 dots) and select Delete (deactivate) form:

Next you will get a pop-up “Mark your form as inactive and make it not visible?” Select Deactivate:

Your form will now say it’s deactivated:

When you go back to all visits the form will no longer appear on your visit list as your Visit status defaults to active:

If you’d like to retrieve or reactivate the form, from the visit status drop down select Inactive:

After you select Inactive you will see the form(s) appear that you have deactivated:

Select view Visit:

Select the Ellipsis (3 dots) and Activate Form to reactivate:

You will see a pop up “Activate form?” select Activate and your form will now be on the active list again:
