How to Merge Contacts in DentalWriter+
This article will go over how to Merge Contacts in DentalWriter Plus+
On the Main Navigation bar go to Admin then contacts:
Locate duplicate contacts, could be provider or Insurance. Select both providers to merge, then click on Actions and select Merge 2 selected contacts:
Once selected, you will see what details you have in each contact:
Highlight the details you want in the merged contact account, then select Merge:
You will notice that one contact has been removed and notified that the merge was successful:
