How to send an online form to an existing patient

This will show how to send an online form to a patient that already exists in your patient list

Start by navigating to the "Patients" tab on the left and select the patient you wish to send the online form link to.

Next, select the Email button located near the top of the of the patient.

Select the email template for the link you wish to send and fire away.

This will open your default mail application and prepopulate the patients email address and configured email template. Hit the Send button and we are all set!
