At this point, you can select from a patient form/visit that was previously filled out in the patient chart to include the CPT/ICD codes selected from the visit.
Note: This will take those codes selected from the visit and populate them in the claim request automatically, rather than manually/individually selecting the codes in (4) Request Details.
Next, select Request Details to proceed to the final step of submitting your MBS Claim Request to your Medical Billing Concierge.
In the final step, (4) Request Details, start by verifying the codes selected are correct.
Note:
To add more codes, select (+ Common Codes)
To delete a selected code, click on the ( x ) shown to the right of the code
Next, (2) Write a message, an auto-generated message will appear in the text box requesting your concierge to submit a claim to the patient's medical insurance.
Note: The message box allows you to type additional information you may want your concierge to know about this claim request, if needed.
Next, (3) Attach Files, this is where you can upload additional clinical documents that may be required for your Concierge to send along with the claim.
