Adding the company's billing name, address, and telephone number to the patient's statement.
The billing information of a company, including its name, address, and telephone number, is a critical piece of information that should be displayed on a patient's statement. This helps to easily identify the company and provide direct contact information for the company's billing department.
Please follow the steps below to add/update the patient's statement:
- From the admin dropdown at the bottom left section in DW+, select Options.
- After navigating to the Options section, please select the Statement option under the corresponding heading.
- Once you are in the Statement section, go to Patient Statement Settings and add the company information.
- Once you have added the Statement Heading Text for the Company Billing Name, Company Billing Address, and Billing Telephone Number, click the green SAVE box located on the right-hand side within the Statement section.
