How to update/edit the Consent for the questionnaires in DW+

A Guide to Modifying the Standard Consent in DW+

• Please select the Admin option from the left side bar then choose the Online Questionnaire Setup option.
  
  
  
• Once the Online Questionnaire Setup page is open, please select the Settings tab.

• Now that you're in Settings, scroll down the page to the Consent section and select the option for My Consent.

• Once you have selected My Consent the content can be edited. You have full control to erase the current message and start over. When all changes have been made, select the SAVE option at the bottom right-hand corner.

• The updated/edited consent will display at the beginning of all the questionnaires in DentalWriter Plus+.
