How to view all SMS in the SMS center

This article will guide you on how to access all your SMS messages in your SMS center.

To access your SMS center, you will click on your SMS button located in the taskbar at the very top of your screen. 

Once you click on it, hit "view all", and it will take you to your SMS center where you can locate all of your text threads.

You can refine your search results within the SMS center by filtering them based on sent, received, all, or unknown messages. Additionally, you can filter your messages by date and phone number.

You can also narrow down your search by entering a keyword in the "SMS text" box within the filters. Please see example below:

Once you have located your thread, simply click on it to continue a conversation.
