Patient Information Tab in DentalWriter Plus+

Briefly describe sections in the Patient Information tab of DentalWriter Plus

To begin, Navigate to the "Patients" option on the left side of the window. Next, select a patient name and select the "Patient Info" tab near the top of the patient window.

This page will include the patient's basic demographic information including address, phone number(s) and trusted persons. You will also find the ability to toggle the patient as ACTIVE/INACTIVE in this section.

Lastly, the "Referral Info" and "Miscellaneous Notes" are also located in the Patient Info tab.

NOTE: There is also a section at the bottom to provide customization options for anything else you may wish to include in the "Patient Info" tab.
