Where to find Knowledge Base Guides in DentalWriter Plus+

This article will show you where to access knowledge base guides in DentalWriter Plus+. Knowledge base guides are designed to show you step by step tutorials

When you log into DentalWriter Plus+, on the left menu pane, click on User Resources.

In the drop down options, select Knowledge Base Guides. 
 

After selecting Knowledge Base Guides, a new tab will open and you should see this page (shown below).

This is where you can search any idea you need help understanding. In this tutorial, we are going to use How to create a SOAP Note in DentalWriter Plus+ as the example. Simply, type the topic you're looking to understand and relevant articles will populate.

Once you select the article, it will open and display all the images, step by step guide, and description for the topic.
